This means that the lower the pH your body has, the more likely you will find yourself falling sick. The acidic pH of the body can be attributed to overcooked and processed foods we consume on a daily basis along with the highly acidic drinks we consume. For us to maintain an alkaline pH we need to improve on how we eat.
4th Pillar of Health
This last plan in the four-point plan towards health and wellness is the lifestyle we lead. We must get a method of doing daily exercises of which they don’t have to be vigorous necessarily. We also need to lower our intake of carcinogens, toxins, and any other toxic chemicals that will compromise the integrity of our immune system and body.
